The Service Delivery Console
The Surgery Connect Service Delivery Console (SDC) is used by ‘Supervisors’ to manage various aspects of your Surgery Connect system. This includes the configuration of the people (Users), the physical deskphones you will use (Extensions), how to filter your incoming calls (Groups), the timings of how your practice operates (Calendars), and how you want to bring it all together (Numbers and Call Flow).
