You will learn how to view, action, and respond to incoming requests from a single, centralised platform, integrating this modern form of patient access into your daily workflow.

By completing this course, you will discover the benefits of the Omni Consultation feature and gain knowledge on how to implement it. You’ll learn how to manage patient requests through the Phonebar, ensuring every one is handled efficiently and effectively.

Learning objectives

By completing this eLearning, you will be able to:

  • Describe the basics and benefits of using the Omni Consultation feature.
  • Locate and configure the available options for Omni Consultation forms.
  • Explain the process of setting up and configuring a Voice Agent.
  • Demonstrate how to complete an Online Form on behalf of a patient on the Phonebar.
  • Explain the patient’s experience when completing an Online Form and talking to a Voice Agent.
  • Identify where submitted requests can be found and explain the process for actioning them.

Once you have completed all the lessons and successfully passed the assessment(s), you will receive a certificate that you can print out and include in your Personal Development portfolios.
