You will explore how this digital assistant creates an accessible digital front door across your website and telephone call flow, serving patients’ with trusted practice information and directing them toward self-help using national community resources. Throughout this course, you’ll see how Surgery Assist Lite helps channel patients toward the NHS App and online consultation tools, delivering a simple setup that noticeably reduces routine practice demand within weeks.

Learning objectives

By completing this eLearning, you will be able to:

  • Understand how to set up your Surgery Assist Lite Digital Assistant using the Surgery Profile.
  • Confidently run the Auto-fill process.
  • Successfully publish your Digital Assistant to your relevant channels.

Once you have completed all the lessons and successfully passed the assessment(s), you will receive a certificate that you can print out and include in your Personal Development portfolios.
