Surgery Assist Lite is an AI-driven patient navigation Digital Assistant designed to signpost and educate patients towards appropriate healthcare and community services; reducing the demand on GP surgeries and increasing the usage of the NHS app and Online Consultation tools.

By implementing Surgery Assist, you can create a digital front door for your surgery, embedding it into your website and onto your call flow. Using a ‘bot-first’ approach empowers self-serve, streamlines care pathways ,and reduces telephone demand.

Learning objectives

By completing this eLearning, you will be able to:

Understand how to set up your Surgery Assist Lite Digital Assistant using the Surgery Profile.
Confidently run the Auto-fill process.
Successfully publish your Digital Assistant to your relevant channels.
Identify, review, and manually update your profile.

Once you have completed all the lessons and successfully passed the assessment(s), you will receive a certificate that you can print out and include in your Personal Development portfolios.
