Surgery Assist Lite is an AI-driven patient navigation Digital Assistant designed to signpost and educate patients towards appropriate healthcare and community services; reducing the demand on GP surgeries and increasing the usage of the NHS app and Online Consultation tools.
By implementing Surgery Assist, you can create a digital front door for your surgery, embedding it into your website and onto your call flow. Using a ‘bot-first’ approach empowers self-serve, streamlines care pathways ,and reduces telephone demand.
